Kelley Chunn is the principal of Kelley Chunn & Associates (KCA), an award winning 
20 year old state certified (SOMWBA*) consultancy which specializes in multicultural 
and cause-related public relations and marketing. KCA specialties include strategic 
communications planning, advertising, branding, community outreach, audience 
development, media relations, event planning and management and training. 

In addition, Chunn has served as an Assistant Professor of public relations and marketing 
at Northeastern University.  She has worked as a news and public affairs writer and 
producer at TV stations 4, 5, and 7 in Boston.  In 1982, Chunn served as media consultant to the Nigerian government’s National Television Authority in West Africa.  She also worked as a senior communications specialist for MassHousing (formerly the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency).  She is a graduate of New York University and Simmons College School of Communications Management.

KCA was featured in the Spring 2006 issue of BusinessWeek’s Small Business 
Magazine and BusinessWeek SMALLBIZ Online. Chunn, who speaks widely, has also 
appeared on C-SPAN, and been quoted in a variety of publications including the Boston 
Globe, Boston Business Journal, Boston Banner, the Wall Street Journal and PR Week.  In 2008, readers of Women’s Business magazine voted KCA one of the top
10 public relations practitioners in greater Boston.

“Children Having Children”; hour documentary on hunger, “Empty Plates . . . Hunger at 
Home”; two and a half hour live special exploring puberty, “My Body is Changing,” and 
a follow-up program, “My Body is Changing, Part Two” ; an hour special exploring life changes, “New Beginnings”; and a 90 minute program exploring the fears and phobias of children, “Kids and Scary Feelings.”

Boston Women’s Fund (BWF) 2007 Celebration of the 2000 Club which raised two million dollars through an extraordinary grassroots effort; chaired the 1997 BWF “Take A Stand” benefit which raised $100,000.00(net); coordinated the 1990 Nelson Mandela 
USA Tour  marketing activities on Boston’s Charles River Esplanade which raised $80,000.00.
